Most things in life often seem to be arranged in a simple binary system. Two sides of every coin. A false for every truth. Yin and it’s yang. Light and her shadow. Black and the ever flawless white. The heroic good and the contradicting bad. But there are also, undeniably, often overlooked and actually occupying the majority, that is the in-betweens. The purgatory between heaven and hell. The falsifiable truth. The varied shades of grey between black and white. After all, nothing can be said to be wholeheartedly good or evil, can they? And just as such, there is night and day. And then, there is the creepiest of all in-betweens, insomnia, where your body is desperately trying to sleep but your mind refuses to.
